PsicoDesk Terms of Service

Welcome to PsicoDesk. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PsicoDesk app (“Platform”, “App”) and the services offered through it (“Services”), which currently include: Schedule, Reports, and Finances. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you declare that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your country) and that you are capable of complying with these Terms.2. Registration and Account
To access the App, you must create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms or misuse.3. Use of the Service
You may use the services in accordance with these Terms and only for lawful purposes. You agree to: Not violate any applicable laws when using the App; Not manipulate, interfere with, or bypass the system’s operation; Not use our features for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes; Not share confidential data without authorization (including patient data).4. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, layout, text, brand, source code, interfaces, and other contents are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights to these materials, except for the limited right to use them under these Terms. You may create reports, export data, or use permitted features, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App or its components without express authorization.5. Data, Content, and Patients
You are solely responsible for the data you enter in the App (calendar, reports, finances). If you enter patient data, you declare that you have the required authorization or consent to do so. We process and store this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or best practices.6. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions
If the App offers a free version, subscription, or paid plans, billing terms will be provided separately. You agree to pay the applicable fees on time and under the defined terms. We may change prices, plans, or features with prior notice, within legal limits.7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: The App is provided 'as is' and 'as available'; we do not guarantee it will be free from errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for indirect, special, consequential, or data loss damages resulting from the use or failure of the App. In any case, our maximum liability will correspond to the amount you paid (if any) or a reasonable amount to be determined.8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PsicoDesk, its employees, directors, and partners harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.9. Modifications to the Terms
We may review or modify these Terms periodically. You will be notified (via app or email) in case of significant changes. Continued use after such changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App if you violate these Terms or for other justified reasons. After termination, your access will be revoked, and we may delete your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.9. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms do not create any partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and us. Any waiver or delay in exercising a right does not constitute a continuous waiver. These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which you operate (and where the company is established). Legal matters will be handled in the competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
